Pop Up Canteen 

A collapsible pop up food eatery for one of the weighing towers in Silo D. Catering businesses around the area will be able to share the structure to showcase their specialities to surrounding residents. There is also an on site mini scoby workshop integrated, where the leftover food is mixed with bacteria and yeast and left to dry around the space. They can be taken down to be used as packaging and
plates for the food served or composted.
